Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of Atlanta-based partner Josie Harris-Walton, and Los Angeles-based associate Sofia Yassin, to the Business Risk Division, chaired by Chicago-based Partner Tony Schumann.

Josie brings her unique skills as an experienced civil and criminal tax attorney who has the ability to provide our clients development and management of tax-related compliance programs as well as the ability to respond and conduct thorough investigations of government inquiries and disputes.
Sofia adds her experience in proactively advising and navigating clients through complex False Claim Act qui tam investigations, Foreign Corrupt Act compliance, and military procurement laws both nationally and internationally.”
Joining Harris-Walton, Yassin, and Schumann in the Business Risk Division are attorneys Reginald Clyne, Matthew Steinberg, Kristopher Keys, Michael Higginbotham, David Willis, and Mark Rankin.
