Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Davalos worked as an associate attorney in civil defense, where he managed a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, including medical malpractice defense, premises liability, and commercial litigation. In addition to his work in healthcare defense, Mr. Davalos has extensive experience handling aviation law cases, representing commercial airlines in federal litigation involving multinational treaties and aviation regulations. His expertise also includes insurance litigation, where he has defended insurers, commercial businesses, and homeowners against claims for breach of contract, bad faith, and general tort liability.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Davalos practiced immigration law, where he represented clients in removal proceedings, asylum cases, and federal litigation involving immigration disputes. His work included drafting appellate briefs, filing writs of mandamus, and arguing complex immigration matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

In 2016, Mr. Davalos earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory International Law Review and graduated with Dean's List honors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Miami University.
