Abraham G. Tabry is a partner in the Farmington Hills Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He regularly handles matters involving first-party personal injury protection (PIP) and third-party bodily injury litigation, labor and employment law, alternative dispute resolution, and residential and commercial real estate matters. Mr. Tabry represents corporate clients, national insurance carriers, and commercial entities, providing strategic guidance across a broad range of litigation and transactional issues.
Mr. Tabry brings extensive litigation and advisory experience to his practice, having served in senior roles with regional and national law firms as well as in-house counsel positions. He has represented national insurance companies in complex first-party PIP and third-party bodily injury lawsuits, appearing regularly in state and federal courts and at mediations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. His work also includes negotiating and drafting employment agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and service contracts for regional and national clients, as well as advising businesses on risk management strategies designed to prevent and mitigate litigation exposure.
In addition to his insurance and employment practice, Mr. Tabry has substantial experience representing lending institutions, commercial and residential contractors, builders, and developers. He has handled disputes involving the purchase and sale of real property, creditor's rights and collections matters, and commercial real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he served as general counsel and claims manager for a national trucking corporation, where he managed legal operations across multiple corporate divisions operating in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, advised corporate leadership on day-to-day matters, and implemented compliance and safety protocols to improve claims handling and risk reduction.
Mr. Tabry earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in May 2014. He received his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University in April 2011.
Mr. Tabry is admitted to practice law in Michigan.
