Adam C. Muth is a partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood and Boyer, P.A., his background is in workers' compensation, property loss, personal injury protection defense, as well as experience in a wide range of other insurance defense related issues, including insurance fraud and SIU investigations. Mr. Muth has handled and litigated hundreds of cases, ranging from appellate cases to small claims matters for several of the nation's largest insurance companies.
Mr. Muth has obtained numerous favorable decisions for his clients, including several favorable jury and bench trial decisions, victories by way of dispositive summary judgments on a wide range of legal and factual issues, voluntary dismissals following depositions and sanctions hearings, as well as successful pre-suit results based upon information extracted during examinations under oath. He has also successfully conducted attorney's fee hearings, attended multiple oral arguments before appellate panels, and has devoted his practice to providing the best possible service for his clients.
Mr. Muth received his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, Orlando, Florida in 2012 and Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University in 2008. He graduated from law school in the top fifteen percent of his class.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Pennsylvania. Mr. Muth has handled federal litigation in Florida and Pennsylvania, and has been admitted to the United States District Courts, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
