Adriana Perez is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., specializing in medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, premises liability, and property damage. Ms. Perez has a strategic approach to drafting motions, preparing mediation reports, and securing reduced settlement agreements, consistently achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Ms. Perez earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she was a student fellow for the FIU Law Practice and served as an Assistant in the Guardianship and Family Law Clinic. She drafted essential legal documents including annual guardianships, marriage settlement agreements, accounting plans, memorandums, addendums, motions for extensions of time, and orders authorizing property sales.
