Aileen L. Kluck is a partner in the Miami Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.. Ms. Kluck is an experienced trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience in insurance litigation, specializing in all aspects of third-party liability, automobile negligence, casualty defense, and complex insurance coverage disputes.
Throughout her career, Ms. Kluck has served as lead trial counsel on a wide array of complex personal injury matters. She built a formidable foundation in the courtroom as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, where she managed a broad spectrum of cases and became a seasoned trial attorney. Since entering private practice, she has continued to serve as lead counsel litigating personal injury claims and subrogation defense, mastering all phases of the process from initial risk assessment and motion practice to export depositions and resolution via global settlement negotiations or trial. Her extensive background in both the public and private sectors allows her to provide sophisticated strategic defense and risk analyses for major insurance carriers and claims partners.
Ms. Kluck earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served on the Moot Court Executive Board and as an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal and Staff Member for the Wisconsin Women's Law Journal. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with minors in French and Business Administration, from the University of Florida. She is fluent in Spanish and French.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida.
