Annie P. Kwong is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she focuses her practice in workers' compensation defense. She has been active in the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association where she served as Past President. Ms. Kwong received the 2023 Lawrence G. Matthews Jr. Young Lawyer Professionalism Award for the Orange County Bar Association. This is awarded to a lawyer whose conduct and career stands as a model of success built on unquestioned professionalism, services, civility, integrity, and respect for the legal system. She also received the 2019 New Lawyer Award of Excellence for Pro Bono Service through the Orange County Bar Association - Legal Aid, the Pro Bono Award of Excellence in 2017 from the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyer's Section and awarded the 2017 Leader in the Law Award from the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.  Ms. Kwong has also served on the Orange County Bar Association-Young Lawyer Section Board, the Orange County Bar Association-Legal Aid Society, Orange County Bar Association Foundation, and the Teen Court Board of Directors.  

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Kwong worked as a project attorney for a global firm providing risk management analyses on mortgaged backed securities. She reviewed and assessed risk to large scale ongoing litigation cases.  Following law school, she moved to Guangzhou, China where she worked as a legal consultant for an international law firm; here, she worked in the areas of litigation and immigration assisting with appeals to the U.S. Federal Court.

Ms. Kwong received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, Jacksonville, Florida in 2011 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 2007 with a major in criminology.  While in law school, she served as member of the Moot Court Honor Board and received the Book Award in Torts.  Ms. Kwong clerked for a personal injury law firm in Jacksonville and was an intern at the Orange County Office of the Public Defender, Misdemeanor Division.

Ms. Kwong is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.

Ms. Kwong is fluent in Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
