Alessandra Santana is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Santana focuses her practice on all aspects of workers' compensation defense and general liability litigation. Her practice is emphasized in the areas of motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and negligent security actions, product liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death actions, and personal injury claims. Ms. Santana's practice involves working with adjusters, third party administrators, self-insured employers and their insurance carriers.
Ms. Santana received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in May 2022 and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Keiser University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida in May 2018.
While in law school, Ms. Santana was a law clerk at QPWB's Miami office. She prepared case files for discovery process and trial, requests for production, and assisted with depositions, mediations, client meetings and hearings.
She is licensed to practice law in California.
Ms. Santana is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
A volunteer of Kristi House Children's Advocacy Center for child trauma victims, she translated children's books from English to Portuguese both on paper and in recordings. Ms. Santana also served as a volunteer of the Palm Beach State Attorney's Office, where she assisted with misdemeanor cases.
