Alivia Olinger is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., concentrating on civil litigation, general liability, insurance defense coverage issues, personal injury litigation, premises liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions, and family law matters. Ms. Olinger actively participates in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
With a background in the State Attorney's Office for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Tampa, FL, Ms. Olinger sharpened her skills in drafting motions and responses, representing the State of Florida in plea deals, and observing various court proceedings, including high-profile cases and jury selections. She also contributed to multi-district litigation lawsuits and special projects by evaluating and coding documents.
Ms. Olinger holds a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duquesne University. She expanded her legal education by studying abroad at the Pontifical University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain, during the summer of 2019.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, Ms. Olinger is committed to serving her community beyond the courtroom. She volunteers her time with Meals on Wheels in the Tampa Bay Area, supports the Tampa Bay Humane Society, and participates in legal clinics focused on expungements and sealing records.
