Alex "Allie" N. Cull is an associate in the Nashville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Cull's practice is concentrated in the areas of insurance coverage defense, title insurance coverage, and various other defense matters that include bad faith claims. She works with claims from the point of origin to conclusion and excels in drafting motions, managing discovery requests, conducting depositions, and has a proven track record in courtroom proceedings.

Ms. Cull leverages her profound in-house counsel experience for her clients' following years at two national title insurance companies. In these roles, she served as claims counsel to more than 200 claims covering all 50 states and 16 different policies. She provided guidance and risk analysis on potential issuances of insurance and investigated title issues involving fraud, adverse possessions, defalcations, easements, boundary line issues, estate and trust transfer issues, liens or mortgage issues, and warranty liability. She also provided underwriting counsel related to the issuance of real estate insurance policies as well as compared surveys and diminution in value appraisals to legal descriptions to determine whether coverage existed under the terms of the issued policy.

In 2021, Ms. Cull earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2017 from Michigan State University. While in law school, she served as a summer associate at a Michigan appellate boutique firm where she drafted and filed appellate briefs regarding child termination proceedings. She also interned for the Honorable Amy Ronayne Krause of the Michigan Court of Appeals, drafting appellate court opinions as well as oral argument questions. She also participated in moot courts and received the Vanderbilt Law and Business Certification.
