Allison T. Weiss is an associate in the Glendale hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Weiss concentrates her practice on the defense of automotive liability, business and commercial litigation, civil litigation matters, commercial liability, general litigation, personal injury defense, product liability, premises liability, and property damage.
While serving as a Deputy District Attorney for the Orange County District Attorney's Office, Ms. Weiss conducted misdemeanor jury trials, handled felony preliminary hearings, and managed various legal motions and negotiations. Prior to working as a DA, she was an Associate Attorney at a Southern California firm where she managed a substantial caseload involving public entities, construction and engineering professionals, legal professionals, and businesses. Her role included drafting and arguing numerous legal motions, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and assisting with trials.
Ms. Weiss earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2015. Before law school, she graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, with dual degrees in Business and Economics (B.S.) and Theatre (B.A.), with honors in 2010. At Lehigh, she was awarded the Dean's Scholarship and the prestigious William's Prize in 2009 and 2010.
She is admitted to practice law in California and Nevada.
