Amanda B. Sample is a partner in the Miami Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. where she focuses her practice on insurance defense, civil litigation, and first-party property claims. With a strong background in property damage, contract disputes, and maritime law, she brings a wealth of experience to her clients.
Bringing years of expertise and strategic insight into every case, Ms. Sample has a track record in defending insurance carriers across all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial. She is well-versed in developing strategies to address evolving legislation, conducting depositions, and representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.
Ms. Sample previously served as Senior Staff Counsel for a major insurance group, where she defended complex property coverage disputes and provided insights on legislative impacts. Before that, she owned her own practice, representing insurance carriers in coverage litigation. Additionally, she was a partner at QPWB, overseeing associate development and contributing to the firm's success.
Ms. Sample attended Florida State University College of Law where she graduated and received her Juris Doctor in 2007. Her undergraduate studies took place at the University of Florida where she graduated with honors from with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing
She is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
