Andre V. Egle is an associate in the Seattle office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Egle is a seasoned commercial litigator with over two decades of private practice experience representing large corporations, small businesses, and individuals in complex federal and state court actions. His core practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, construction defect defense, employment law, professional liability, and catastrophic personal injury defense.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Egle spent over twenty years in private practice building an extensive litigation background. He held senior counsel and litigation roles at prominent Pacific Northwest defense and civil litigation firms, where he managed complex civil defense files, represented builders, developers, and general contractors in high-stakes construction disputes, prosecuted and defended complex commercial contracts and business torts, and advised first- and third-party insurers on intricate coverage issues and bad faith claims. Earlier in his legal career, following a term as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John C. Coughenour, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Washington, he honed his trial skills as an associate at preeminent national and regional litigation firms, where he took part in major federal antitrust and commercial jury trials.
Mr. Egle earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 2003. Upon graduating, he was awarded memberships in the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers. He also earned a Bachelor of Laws from Latvijas Universitate, Latvia.
He is admitted to practice in Washington, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Egle is native in Russian.
