Andrew D. Ellbogen is a senior partner in the Chicago Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He concentrates his multistate practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including product liability defense, transportation law, construction litigation, employment law, municipal liability, dram shop, and home insurance claims. Mr. Ellbogen also defends against legal and nursing home malpractice, adoption agent liability, and toxic tort claims, including asbestos-related cases.
With over 30 years of trial experience, Mr. Ellbogen has successfully tried numerous high-exposure cases to verdict in Illinois, Washington, California, Virginia, and Indiana.
