Andrew Ghannam is an associate in the Farmington Hills Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Concentrating his practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, corporate business law, and real estate, Mr. Ghannam experience spans defending corporations, insurers, and individuals in high-exposure cases involving personal injury protection (PIP), premises liability, wrongful death, and commercial disputes, with claimed damages ranging from modest sums to over $15 million.
Mr. Ghannam manages all phases of litigation from discovery through trial preparation. He has successfully drafted and argued dispositive and evidentiary motions, securing favorable rulings that limit client exposure and promote cost-effective resolutions. In addition to his litigation work, he is skilled in transactional matters, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate formations, and estate planning. His dual background in litigation and transactional law allows him to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to diverse client needs.
A proud graduate of Grand Valley State University, Mr. Ghannam earned his Bachelor of Science before going on to complete his Juris Doctor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. There, he was awarded the Dean's Scholarship and inducted into the Honor Society for his academic excellence.
Licensed to practice in Michigan and Illinois, Mr. Ghannam is fluent in Arabic, giving him the ability to serve a wide range of clients. His leadership roles during law school, including serving as a fundraising lead for the Arab American Law Student Association and volunteering in voter education initiatives, reflect his commitment to community engagement.
