Drew Mays is an associate in the Louisville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.. Mr. Mays provides comprehensive legal support to clients navigating complex business operations and transactional disputes. He focuses his practice on corporate matters, including real estate, commercial transactions, employment, and insurance.
His professional background is defined by a strong emphasis on general counsel services and transactional excellence. Mr. Mays has represented buyers and sellers in sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions, managing the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, mortgages, and promissory notes. Additionally, he assists clients with business structuring and formation, including the development of critical operating and shareholder agreements.
Beyond his legal practice, his background includes significant experience in the technology and insurance industries. While at a major insurance carrier, he led technology outsourcing renewals and managed high-value contracts for cloud migration initiatives. He also served as a contract manager for global marketing initiatives, negotiating hundreds of agreements and acting as a subject matter expert for media buy transactions.
Mr. Mays earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he was an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association National Trial Team and served as an Office of Admissions Ambassador. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisville.
