Andrew Ralli is a partner in the Wilmington, Delaware office and Co-Chair of the Business Law and Commercial Litigation practice group of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Ralli is an accomplished litigator with a diverse background in corporate and commercial litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and directors and officers liability. His practice focuses on representing clients in high-stakes matters involving corporate law, civil litigation, breach of contract, product liability, wrongful death, intellectual property and internet law, securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and appellate.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ralli has demonstrated a strong aptitude for handling novel legal issues and achieving significant results for his clients. His experience includes representing special committees, navigating merger and acquisition-related litigation, successfully securing a $1.3 million patent infringement jury award, and contributing to a $25 million breach of contract damage award in a complex cryptocurrency matter. He has also played a substantial role in high-profile product liability litigation, including a record-breaking $40 million wrongful death verdict.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Ralli managed his own legal practice, where he served as a strategic business advisor and leader. His background also includes practicing at several national and regional firms, where he gained significant experience in the Delaware legal market handling stockholder derivative actions and class suits involving fiduciary duties. He is well-versed in all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including drafting complex pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in high-stakes disputes arising from the ownership and sale of securities.
In addition to his corporate litigation expertise, Mr. Ralli has extensive experience in bankruptcy law. He has represented both secured and unsecured creditors through all phases of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings, frequently arguing motions and objections at confirmation and special hearings.
He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2019, where he ranked in the top of his class and served as an Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Shenandoah University in 2014.
