Anthony J. Gallo is an Of Counsel to the New York office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He provides over 25 years of experience as a transaction, corporate, and litigation attorney. excels in entertainment law and contracts, ensuring parties find common ground and understanding in complex agreements. As a counselor, facilitator, and problem-solver, he also assists with real estate transactions and finance interests related to entertainment law.
Anthony's legal career includes a focus on real estate law and bankruptcy law as well. He has a rich background in music industry affairs, representing prominent professionals in music and film. His expertise includes negotiating recording contracts and managing intellectual property transactions.
Mr. Gallo is currently the Chief Legal Officer of Q Entertainment Innovation Lab and Principal of AJ Gallo Associates, PC. He has also served as vice president and director of business and legal affairs at Cove City Music, negotiating deals and managing operations. He has chaired the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Entertainment & Sports Law Committee and presented accredited seminars on recording industry practice for the Suffolk Academy of Law. He has published several articles on music industry law.
Along with his admittance to practice law in the state of New York, Mr. Gallo also is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to practice in the United Sates Court of Appeals in the Second Circuit.
