Anthony M. Alvarez is a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With a wealth of experience, Mr. Alvarez has navigated a diverse array of personal injury actions from pre-suit through trial. His expertise encompasses premises liability claims, wrongful death claims, negligent security claims, construction defect claims, and auto-negligence claims, including those involving personal automobile policies, commercial policies, and rideshare policies.
Mr. Alvarez has conducted numerous depositions of Plaintiffs, fact witnesses, engineering experts, medical experts, and treating physicians. Additionally, he adeptly represents and defends clients, insureds, and corporate representatives during their respective depositions. He is a seasoned advocate in various hearings, including Motions to Dismiss, Motions to Strike, motions regarding discovery, Motions for Final Summary Judgment, Motions for Sanctions, and Motions for Protective Orders. His expertise extends to attending numerous mediations and pre-trial calendars, as well as drafting a range of legal pleadings, client litigation reports, liability analysis, and damage analysis.

In 2017, Mr. Alvarez earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and served as the Articles & Comments Editor for the FIU Law Review. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2014 and studied abroad during his time in undergrad.
