Antonio Bayuelo is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. His multifaceted practice spans an array of areas, including automotive liability, insurance claims, real estate and business transactions, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice defense, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death actions.
Mr. Bayuelo enlisted in the United States Army as a Military Intelligence Soldier in 2010. He previously served as an Enlisted Soldier and is currently a Commissioned Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army Reserve. For the past 12 years, he has developed his analytical and writing skills as an intelligence professional, supporting numerous major military commands: United States Special Operations Command Central, United States Special Operations Command South, United States Southern Command, and United States Army South.
In 2015, Mr. Bayuelo graduated from Miami Dade College with an Associate of Arts degree. He later attended Florida International University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Military Studies. After graduating from Florida International University, he worked in the private sector as an Intelligence Analyst for major government contractors. During his time as an employee for major government contractors in the private sector, Mr. Bayuelo realized his passion for the law and helping others receive justice.
In 2020, Mr. Bayuelo entered law school at St. Thomas University College of Law with a merit scholarship and made the Dean's list multiple times during his time in law school. He was an active member of the Peter T. Fay Inn of Court, the Business Law Society, and the Federal Bar Association - Student Division. Mr. Bayuelo graduated cum laude, with honors.
While in law school, Mr. Bayuelo interned with the Honorable Tomas Rebull at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and served as the Research Assistant for a law school professor. He also worked for multiple law firms handling first-party property damage claims, maritime personal injury, business, and real estate.
Mr. Bayuelo is licensed to practice law in Florida where he was proudly born and raised. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys playing golf, boating, traveling, and exploring new culinary experiences.
