Arianna Sabato is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she assists in all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Ms. Sabato brings a well-rounded foundation in litigation support, having served as a law clerk with the firm for over three years prior to being promoted to attorney. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance and insurers, general liability, class action litigation, fraud defense, and workers' compensation.
Her professional background is characterized by extensive experience in legal research and drafting for complex civil matters. During her time as a law clerk, she gained valuable insights by observing court appearances and depositions, and drafting various dispositive motions and legal memoranda. Her exposure to diverse legal environments includes serving as a law clerk for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, where she assisted Judge Migna Sanchez-Llorens with orders and litigation strategies.
During her time at the Office of Judges of Compensation Claims, Ms. Sabato assisted staff counsel in reviewing settlements and responding to writs. Additionally, she has experience researching immigration regulations and collaborating with clients to ensure visa compliance.
In 2025, Ms. Sabato earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Hispanic Law Students Association. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College. She is fluent in Spanish, which enhances her ability to serve a diverse client base.
