Aristides J. Diaz is a partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Diaz joins the firm following a tenure of nearly thirty years characterized by high-stakes litigation and trial advocacy. His practice focuses on premises liability, insurance defense, personal injury defense, negligent security, and first-party property matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Diaz has managed high-volume caseloads and overseen numerous insurance-related claims. He has a proven track record of developing effective litigation strategies and crafting comprehensive trial narratives from initial investigation through verdict. His experience includes serving as a Managing Attorney and Senior Trial Attorney, where he recruited and trained legal teams while generating significant results for his clients.
Mr. Diaz earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Florida State University College of Law in 1997, where he served on the Board of Directors for the Spanish American Law Student Association and contributed to the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. His foundational legal training includes serving as a Legal Officer in the United States Navy, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class at the Naval Justice School. Prior to his legal studies, he graduated from California State University, Northridge, with a Bachelor of Science in 1991.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator.
