She also gained valuable litigation experience as a law clerk, supporting legal arguments through meticulous research and drafting of legal documents. Her background includes work as a student lawyer at the Business Innovation & Technology Clinic at Florida International University, advising clients on legal protections related to business and commercial matters.
Ms. Amoedo received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, she was recognized on the Dean's List and accepted the Business Innovation and Technology Clinic Award. She was active in moot court competitions, achieving recognition as a Top 5 orator and quarterfinalist in the American Bar Association's 2022 Moot Court Regional Competition. Additionally, she contributed as the Director of Brief Grading for the Board of Appellate Advocates and was involved with the Cuban American Bar Association as a student member. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida International University.
