Autumn Lester is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing her practice on civil litigation. A results-driven and organized attorney, Ms. Lester is known for her ability to build strong relationships with clients and counsel alike while providing sound, strategic legal advice. She is dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing a high volume of complex cases from inception through resolution, ensuring each client receives responsive and effective representation.
Before joining QPWB, Ms. Lester served as the attorney responsible for a caseload exceeding 300 PIP cases across nearly every county in the State of Florida. She handled matters from inception to conclusion, including coverage disputes and rapidly evolving practice areas. Her experience includes drafting and arguing motions such as Motions to Dismiss, Motions to Quash, and Motions for Summary Judgment, as well as preparing case analyses and litigation strategies for clients.
Ms. Lester is well-versed in complying with a wide range of case management orders across multiple venues and has provided mentorship to new attorneys and paralegals to ensure consistent firm-wide success. Earlier in her career, Ms. Lester gained extensive experience as a paralegal and law clerk, where she conducted discovery, drafted motions, attended depositions, and supported litigation teams in research and case preparation. Having this foundation has strengthened her approach to case management and attention to procedural detail, enabling her to navigate complex litigation efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
Ms. Lester attended Barry University School of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctor, graduating with honors in Family Law. Prior to law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Legal Studies with a minor in History and Political Science from Brenau University Women's College, where she was named to the Dean's List and was an active member of Alpha Gamma Delta.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, Ms. Lester has extensive mediation experience and has completed the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice training through the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Ms. Lester has donated her time to the Barry University School of Law's Collaborative Family Law Clinic as a volunteer attorney mentor to students participating in the clinic as student attorneys offering collaborative divorce assistance to low-income families local to Orlando.
