Ayanna Jones is a senior associate in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., bringing over twenty years of dedicated legal practice and comprehensive litigation experience to the firm. Ms. Jones is a highly accomplished litigator who has represented hundreds of clients from initial consultation through final resolution across Georgia's Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, and Superior Courts. She  centers her practice on complex civil litigation, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant law, general liability, and administrative law.

Prior to QPWB, Ms. Jones served as a senior associate attorney at a Georgia-based defense firm, where she acted as lead counsel in intricate negotiations and litigation involving community associations, commercial properties, and real estate developments throughout the metropolitan area. In this role, she managed discovery, conducted hearings, and resolved high-stakes disputes centered on restrictive covenants, architectural control issues, property rights, drainage and easement enforcement, and fiduciary-duty claims. She has a sophisticated motions practice, regularly drafting and arguing dispositive motions and seeking emergency relief before Georgia state and superior courts.

Ms. Jones spent several years of her career with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation as a senior litigation attorney and program co-director, managing high-volume housing litigation, leading multi-plaintiff impact cases, and supervising staff attorneys and pro bono counsel. Additionally, she served as an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School, where she designed the curriculum for the Housing Law Clinic and supervised students in live-client housing litigation and pre-trial advocacy.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Jones honed her civil litigation and trial skills as an associate with a private Georgia firm, where she handled fact and expert depositions, medical records analysis, and intensive discovery management. She also served as a staff attorney with the Georgia Legal Services Program, where she conducted numerous bench trials, negotiated settlements, and managed a diverse caseload spanning consumer law, domestic violence protective orders, individual rights, and administrative appeals before Administrative Law Judges.

An active leader in the local legal community, Ms. Jones served as the Chair, Vice Chair, and a Board Member of the Atlanta Bar Association's Public Interest Law Section. She is a frequent conference presenter on housing and public health law nationwide.

Ms. Jones earned her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 2006 and her Bachelor of Arts in History from Clark Atlanta University in 1999.

She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is admitted to the Court of Appeals of Georgia.
