Bassel Sawah is an associate in the Glendale hub Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing his practice on administrative law, civil litigation, commercial liability, contractual disputes, insurance defense, and regulatory compliance. With a global perspective and strong commitment to service, Mr. Sawah has experience in civil litigation and research across both domestic and international settings.
Before joining QPWB, Mr. Sawah provided legal assistance under a European Union-funded program aimed at expanding access to justice for refugees and vulnerable communities. His work supported survivors of domestic violence through civil litigation, including matters involving custody, divorce, and protection orders. He also has extensive experience in research and policy analysis, having contributed to human rights monitoring initiatives and international law advocacy efforts.
In addition to his legal background, Mr. Sawah held a corporate operations role where he liaised between business development, operations, and logistics teams, an experience that sharpened his attention to detail and process management.
Earning his Master of Laws, LL.M., from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Mr. Sawah was actively involved in immigration, labor and employment, and entertainment law societies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Beirut Arab University and earned a diploma in International Criminal Law through a regional tribunal program focused on legal systems in the Middle East.
Mr. Sawah is admitted to practice in California. He is fluent in Arabic and proficient in French.
