Prior to joining the firm, she served as an associate attorney at a boutique litigation firm where she represented clients in various stages of the litigation lifecycle, including attending hearings, depositions, and trials. Her expertise extends to the preparation of real estate closing and estate planning documents, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of property-related legal issues.
In addition to her private practice experience, Ms. Barbosa possesses a unique international perspective and entrepreneurial background. She has experience in judicial internships in Brazil, where she drafted contracts and petitions and performed due diligence for labor law cases. Furthermore, she founded and managed a real estate company focused on new construction in South Florida, allowing her to approach property litigation and commercial transactions with a practical, business-oriented lens.
