Blair T. Titcomb is a partner in the Chicago Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She brings an accomplished litigation background with a strong record of success in resolving complex matters through trial, arbitration, and settlement. Her practice centers on construction defect and design litigation, product liability, professional liability, transportation and trucking defense, complex commercial disputes, and general liability cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and large-scale losses.
Ms. Titcomb has extensive experience representing owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in high-stakes construction and design defect cases. She advises clients on breach of contract disputes, including those involving project delays, cost overruns, and workplace accidents. She also has notable experience defending manufacturers in product liability claims, including cases involving recalled products, medical devices, and industrial equipment. Her product liability defense spans individual lawsuits and high-exposure mass tort litigation.
