Blairr Miller is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, employment law, and bodily injury defense including slip and fall accidents, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents and negligent security matters.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Miller was an assistant state attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office in the adult misdemeanor and felony divisions and juvenile division where he defended depositions of State witnesses and successfully prosecuted 15 trial cases to verdict, 10 as first chair trial attorney.
Mr. Miller also has insurance agency experience; he spent seven years working as a customer service representative and licensed general lines insurance agent handling State Farm policies as a 4-40 Registered Customer Representative and 2-20 Property and Casualty General Lines agent.
Mr. Miller received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in May 2020 and Bachelor of Business Administration in international business from Florida International University in December 2015. While in law school, he served as Social Justice Chair of the H.T. Smith Black Law Student Association. He also gained experience clerking with an insurance defense litigation law firm in Miami Lakes and serving as a judicial intern with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Mr. Miller is licensed to practice law in Florida.
