Blake A. Levine is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., bringing a unique perspective to insurance defense. Mr. Levine specializes in matters related specifically to automotive liability, premises liability, product liability, and personal injury protection (PIP).
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Levine served as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in managing a substantial caseload of 400-800 cases. His responsibilities included preparing corporate representatives and adjusters for depositions on various issues within insurance coverage cases. He also conducted comprehensive analyses of automobile insurance policies, case law, and statutes. Additionally, Mr. Levine played a crucial role in keeping clients informed about changes in law and policy.
His experience extends to handling over 300 active Personal Injury Protection litigation files while working as an associate for a South Florida law firm. Mr. Levine adeptly defended depositions of PIP claimants and insurance adjusters, conducted legal research on current PIP issues, and successfully negotiated settlements.
In 2014, Mr. Levine earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, complementing his Bachelor of Science in legal studies from the University of Central Florida in 2011.
