Bobby D. Greene is an associate in the Scottsdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Specializing in civil litigation, general liability, insurance defense litigation, and workers' compensation defense, Mr. Greene leverages his decade of litigation experience to craft effective strategies across all phases of litigation, from discovery to motions, delivering results for his clients.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mr. Greene offers representation to a diverse clientele in workers' compensation and insurance matters. His strong negotiation skills facilitate successful claim resolutions through settlements both inside and outside of mediation. With a proven track record of managing substantial caseloads exceeding 100 files, he leads a team of associates in handling general liability insurance defense matters for major insurers.
Throughout his career, Mr. Greene has held various leadership roles, including Of Counsel and senior attorney positions in firms across Arizona. Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing one of his previous firm's Arizona offices, providing defense representation for major employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in insurance defense and workers' compensation matters. Under his guidance, the office flourished, becoming the second highest grossing location within the firm.
Mr. Greene obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003, followed by his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2011.
Licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas, he has been recognized for his achievements, including being named Colorado's Top 40 Under 40 in both 2015 and 2016.
