Bret E. Dubbert is a partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., practicing in the areas of personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, SIU investigations, insurance fraud claims, medical recovery actions and general liability claims. Mr. Dubbert handles all aspects of litigation, including recovery, trials and appeals. He has significant experience handling investigations involving suspicious losses in automobile claims, staged accidents and fraudulent billing practices.

Mr. Dubbert has practiced in the areas of insurance defense litigation since 2009 when he joined QPWB to commence private practice. He later practiced with another national insurance services law firm serving as a partner managing the firm's Orlando Office. Mr. Dubbert joined QPWB in 2017 to continue his practice and representation of clients throughout the State of Florida.

Mr. Dubbert has successfully litigated countless lawsuits resulting in favorable resolutions via trial, dispositive motion(s), dismissal(s) and otherwise.

Mr. Dubbert received his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, Orlando, Florida in May 2009 and his Bachelor of Science summa cum laude with a double major in marketing and management from Washburn University School of Business, Topeka, Kansas in 2006.

Mr. Dubbert is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.

Mr. Dubbert conducts seminars both locally and nationwide designed to educate insurance industry professionals on multiple topics including but not limited to: bad faith, ethical consideration in claims handling, insurance fraud, social media, Florida No-Fault Law and claims handling tactics.
