Brian P. Frasier is a partner in the Farmington Hills Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With more than 20 years of experience in insurance defense, Mr. Frasier focuses his practice on a wide range of litigation matters including automobile accident defense, first- and third-party claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage (UM/UIM), personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury, wrongful death, fraud investigations, examinations under oath (EUO), and dram shop liability.
Throughout his career, Mr. Frasier has developed a reputation for crafting creative litigation strategies at every phase of a case, from pre-suit investigations and discovery through trial and appeal. He is particularly skilled at identifying potential fraud and conducts detailed investigations to support aggressive and well-supported defenses. Mr. Frasier also advises clients on claims handling best practices and works closely with insurers to mitigate exposure and navigate complex liability decisions.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Frasier held various legal and leadership roles within law firms, including serving as an associate, senior attorney, and partner. In addition to his practice, he contributed to firm growth in areas such as business development, marketing, and legal content writing, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry and client needs.
Mr. Frasier is a proud dual graduate of Wayne State University, where he earned both his Juris Doctor from the Law School and his Bachelor of Arts.
