Brian Schiess is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing his practice on insurance defense, specifically first-party property, PIP, insurance fraud, civil litigation, and general liability matters. He represents clients in a range of disputes, including premises liability, wrongful death, and property damage claims.
Mr. Schiess brings valuable experience managing high-volume caseloads and handling all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and client advocacy. He is well-versed in drafting legal memoranda, corporate documentation, and transactional agreements, skills that support his ability to provide comprehensive counsel to corporate and individual clients.
Earning his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2020, Mr. Schiess was a member of Phi Delta Phi. During law school, he completed a legal externship with the Southwest Florida Water Management District and served as a research assistant with Our Children's Trust, gaining practical experience in administrative law and environmental issues. In 2011, he attended Florida State University to receive a Bachelor of Science in Criminology.
