Bryan E. Bott is an associate in the Merrillville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Bott represents construction contractors, commercial entities, municipalities, and insurance carriers in multi-million dollar complex litigation claims. He focuses his practice on construction defect and personal injury defense, complex commercial disputes, general liability, and appellate practice.
Mr. Bott handles all aspects of pre-trial and active litigation, regularly overseeing discovery, taking and defending depositions, presenting oral arguments in court hearings, participating in mediations, and developing risk-transfer strategies involving subcontractors. He brings a strong appellate background to his practice, having authored successful appellate briefs that resulted in the reversal of a six-figure summary judgment order for a construction contractor and vacating a contempt order against a corporate financial client.
