Brynda Rodriguez Insley is a veteran civil defense trial attorney with more than 35+ years of experience handling complex and catastrophic personal injury matters. She focuses her practice on high-exposure litigation, including professional malpractice, healthcare liability, premises and security liability, intentional abuse cases and matters involving youth and social services.
Ms. Insley serves as Outside General Counsel to a long-term care organization in Georgia and regularly advises healthcare providers on risk management and litigation strategy. While her practice is centered in Georgia, she is frequently consulted on matters nationwide.
A seasoned trial lawyer, Ms. Insley has successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict and is known for her strategic judgment, courtroom presence, and ability to navigate complex, high-stakes claims.
Before joining Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, PA, Ms. Insley practiced at a large, full service law firm in Atlanta for 7 years, and co-owned and led a boutique litigation firm for more than 20 years, growing it into one of Atlanta's most respected insurance defense practices.
She is a frequent speaker on litigation strategy and risk management topics. Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Insley is an accomplished pro-amateur ballroom dancer and has earned multiple titles as an International Standard Ballroom Dance Champion across the United States.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1986. Prior to her legal studies, she graduated magna cum laude from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1983. She is a frequent lecturer and speaker on litigation topics.
Ms. Insley is licensed to practice law in Georgia. She is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.
