Caitlin A. Rowe is an associate in the Dallas office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., specializing in state civil litigation and federal litigation, with a focus on representing a diverse clientele in a range of cases. Ms. Rowe has leveraged her legal expertise to handle various matters, including breach of non-compete agreements, foreclosure of liens, construction defects, collections, DTPA claims, and landlord/tenant disputes. She adeptly manages her own caseload from inception through judgment and post-judgment collections, overseeing all aspects of case management, billing, and preparation for hearings.

With a strong background in federal litigation, Ms. Rowe has successfully represented clients in cases against the Government, including Writ of Mandamus Cases and challenges to arbitrary denials of visas. Her expertise extends to humanitarian immigration, where she passionately advocates for clients in asylum, U-Visa, and VAWA cases. Notably, during the Afghan crisis, she spearheaded fundraising efforts to support humanitarian applications for Afghan applicants, demonstrating her commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

In 2018, Ms. Rowe earned her Juris Doctor from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a Staff Editor for the SMU International Law Review Association and an active member of the Women in Law and Family Law Association. She previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University, with a minor in Religious Studies.

Ms. Rowe is licensed to practice law in Texas and the District of Columbia, with admissions to several federal district courts.
