Carolina V. Martin is an associate in the Nashville, Tennessee office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Martin has nearly ten years of civil litigation experience. Her practice is primarily focused on high exposure cases in the areas of workers' compensation and ancillary employment matters, transportation, general liability and insurance coverage, premises liability, and negligent security matters. Ms. Martin represents clients in contested matters at the trial and appellate levels, appearing and presenting oral argument as lead counsel before civil and administrative courts. She also mediates claims and negotiates settlement agreements.

Ms. Martin received her Juris Doctor from Pace University, New York in 2013 and Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Purchase.
She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association and serves on the Diversity Committee, and Hispanic National Bar Association.
