Carson Brace is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing on ERISA and employee benefits, as well as privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity. She brings experience from both the public and private sectors, with a strong foundation in consumer protection and U.S. privacy laws and regulations.
Carson has worked on issues involving media, telecommunications, and technology policy through her service as a fellow with the Multicultural Media, Telecom, and Internet Council, where she engaged in regulatory and privacy-related analysis. She also worked with the Consumer Protection Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General, where she supported enforcement efforts involving fraud, deceptive practices, and privacy concerns. In the private sector, Carson has assisted with regulatory compliance, claims analysis, and intellectual property matters, including work with State Farm and an Orlando-based law firm.
She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
