Catherine Banich is a partner in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Banich is a seasoned trial attorney representing clients in high-stakes civil defense litigation across a broad spectrum of industries. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, general liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation, general aviation accidents, and appellate law.
Ms. Banich joins the firm following her tenure as Senior Counsel at a regional defense firm in Atlanta. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience defending claims involving child care facilities, trucking and transportation companies, and general aviation accidents. She effectively manages cases throughout Georgia in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, having successfully tried numerous cases to conclusion over more than two decades of practice.
Ms. Banich earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1995. Prior to her legal studies, she graduated with highest honors from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1992.
Ms. Banich is licensed to practice law in Georgia. She is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.
