Chan Park

Chan Park is an associate in the Denver office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Park brings an extensive, multi-jurisdictional civil defense and commercial litigation background spanning over a decade of practice across state and federal courts in Colorado and New York. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes, bad faith claims, construction defect, first-party commercial and residential property claims, product liability, transportation litigation, premises liability, and complex personal injury defense.

Throughout her career, Ms. Park managed active dockets of high-exposure litigation from case inception through final disposition, mediation, and trial. She routinely directs all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including managing complex discovery, conducting expert witness depositions, arguing motions, and handling judicial conferences in both state and federal forums. In addition to her core defense practice, Ms. Park provides pro se legal counseling in federal court and contributed to regional legal publications and continuing legal education initiatives.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Park served in senior litigation and counsel roles at prominent defense firms in Denver and New York, where she acted as primary handling and defending attorney for commercial real estate, labor law, property damage, and casualty disputes.

Ms. Park earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School in 2012, where she served as a member of the Hofstra Child Advocacy Clinic and as Senior Researcher and Database Director for the Law, Logic & Technology Research Laboratory. She earned her Bachelor of Music in Classical Piano Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in 2005. Ms. Park is fluent in English and Korean.

She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New York. Ms. Park is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
