Charles Carr is an associate in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.. Mr. Carr is an experienced litigator who has managed legal matters from initiation through resolution, including conducting discovery and deposing both party and expert witnesses. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, general liability, and criminal defense.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Carr served as an Assistant Solicitor General, where he gained significant courtroom experience trying cases as both first and second chair. His professional background is further distinguished by his work in public defense and legislative affairs, where he developed a thorough understanding of case management, bond hearings, and the drafting of complex responsive motions and pleadings.
Mr. Carr earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the John Marshall Law School in 2021, where he ranked third in his class. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Georgia State University in 2016.
He is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
