Charles F. Albrecht is a partner in the Merrillville Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Albrecht focuses his practice on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including auto litigation, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims (UM/UIM), construction liability, commercial transportation, wrongful death, employment law, premises liability, product liability, and subrogation. He is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences, particularly on topics involving bodily injury and transportation law.
Before joining QPWB, Mr. Albrecht represented multi-employer benefit funds in ERISA litigation, concentrating on employment law and subrogation. He earned his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. While in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Richard Stalbrink in the LaPorte County Superior Court and was a participant in the International Moot Court Society, competing in the Monroe E. Price International Media Law Moot Court Competition in Oxford, England.
