Charles Garcia is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Garcia has a strong background in drafting and revising pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, as well as conducting comprehensive legal research to support trial preparation. His practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury defense.
Mr. Garcia has extensive experience in the discovery process, case strategy development, and fact investigation. Throughout his early career and tenure as a law clerk, he has developed a record of managing court dockets, handling electronic filings, and organizing complex exhibits and witness materials. He is skilled in analyzing case law, statutes, and procedural rules to support motion practice and provide ongoing litigation support.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Garcia possesses a background in immigration law and criminal justice. Prior to becoming an attorney, he served as a litigation and legal assistant, where he prepared pertinent documentation for immigration matters and coordinated correspondence with opposing counsel.
