Charles W. Bryan is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., covering a wide range of civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, assisted living defense, negligent security, premises liability, and wrongful death. He also handles matters representing businesses, insurers, and property owners in a variety of cases.
Mr. Bryan brings diverse experience to QPWB, having worked with law firms across Florida on both the defense and plaintiff sides of practice. He has drafted dispositive motions, discovery, trial materials, and contributed to case strategies that led to favorable outcomes, including involvement in a multi-week trial resulting in a multimillion-dollar verdict. His background includes significant trial preparation, motion practice, and case management across multiple practice areas, equipping him with strong advocacy skills and a broad perspective on litigation.
In 2024, Mr. Bryan completed his Juris Doctor, graduating from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, he excelled in trial advocacy, earning the highest grade in the course. Prior to law school, he received his Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida and was recognized on both the President's List and Dean's List for his achievements.
Committed to service both inside and outside of the courtroom, Mr. Bryan has contributed more than 50 hours of pro bono legal work with IDignity in Orlando and has volunteered with community organizations, including The Waterfront Mission in Pensacola and Hillcrest Baptist Church.
A Pensacola native and first-generation attorney, Mr. Bryan is licensed to practice law in Florida and is dedicated to excellence in advocacy, committed to being a trusted resource for his clients and colleagues. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys fitness, cooking, golfing, and approaches both his personal and professional life with optimism and determination.
