Che C. Padron is an associate in the Pensacola office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Padron is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with a diverse practice. His expertise covers a wide spectrum, including personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, first-party motor vehicle coverage, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, and white-collar criminal law.
With over 20 years of experience practicing in the State of Florida, Mr. Padron represents businesses and individuals. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, spending over a decade honing his trial skills with more than 60 jury trials to verdicts in state courts. His practice also encompasses third-party automobile injury and coverage, personal injury protection (PIP) claims, insurance fraud, extra-contractual coverage, and fraudulent business practices.
Earning his Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from the University of Miami with a major in Philosophy, Mr. Padron went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2002.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, Mr. Padron is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
