Chelsea L. Musto is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She practices in the areas of long-term care defense and general liability including premises liability, products liability, automobile liability, wrongful death arising from various alleged torts, negligent security, and other negligence and tort claims.
Ms. Musto received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida in May 2018 and Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in May 2014, graduating with a major in Art History and minors in Italian Language Studies and Museum Studies. She was the president of the Elder Law Society, executive editor of the Journal of International Aging Law & Policy and student member of the Thomas E. Penick, Jr. American Elder Law Inn of Court.
During law school, Ms. Musto held an elder law externship within the Florida Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, General Magistrate Court where she created orders approving reports and recommendations of the General Magistrate on appointments of guardians.
Ms. Musto is licensed to practice law in Florida.
