Christina E. Hamalian is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She practices in the areas of multiple aspects of insurance defense litigation including premises liability, automotive accidents, construction, and general liability matters.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Hamalian practiced with a commercial litigation law firm in Miami where she represented insurers in third-party liability lawsuits. Ms. Hamalian's legal career commenced as in-house counsel for a specialty finance company in Fort Lauderdale where she advised on labor and employment law, risk and compliance matters, negotiated various types of contracts and vendor agreements, and guided the company on the ensuing changes in policies, laws and legislative developments affecting business.
Ms. Hamalian received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in May 2014 and her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University in August 2011, graduating with a liberal arts degree focused on political science and economics. While in law school, Ms. Hamalian served as Notes Editor of the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review, Volume 5 and was a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
