Christina J. Shephard is a partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Shephard practices in the areas of insurance defense, general civil litigation, medical malpractice, and nursing home defense litigation.
Ms. Shephard specializes in Criminal Trials and is recognized by The Florida Bar as a Board-Certified expert in Criminal Trials. She has practiced criminal defense law since 2006 with the Office of the Public Defender Ninth Judicial Circuit, Orlando, Florida. Ms. Shephard has served in public service as an Assistant Public Defender where she has participated in over 50 criminal trials as counsel for indigent clients charged with criminal offenses ranging from capital offenses to minor misdemeanors and as lead counsel in over 35 criminal trials.
During her tenure at the Public Defender's Office, she was consistently promoted progressing to lead trial attorney representing clients in major crimes.
In 2006. Ms. Shephard received her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, and her Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University in 2002, graduating with a major in advertising and public relations. While in law school, she was president of the Women's Lawyers Association.
Ms. Shephard is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
