Christine Haunsz is an associate in the Louisville Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice on civil litigation with a strong emphasis on workers' compensation defense and insurance-related matters. Ms. Haunsz represents employers and carriers throughout all phases of litigation, including mediations, hearings, depositions, and appellate proceedings.
With years of experience handling complex claims, she is skilled in evaluating medical records, personnel files, investigative reports, and witness statements to develop informed and strategic legal arguments. She routinely litigates before Administrative Law Judges and has authored appellate briefs to the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Ms. Haunsz is also a former affiliate instructor of business law, where she developed course materials and taught fundamentals to undergraduate students.
In 2017, Ms. Haunsz earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where she was involved with the Journal for Animal and Environmental Law, the Business Law Society, and the Kentucky Innocence Project. Before law school, she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bradley University, graduating cum laude and serving in leadership roles including Vice President of Finance for Sigma Kappa Sorority.
